 Foshan Nanhai Ease Outdoor Furniture Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. Our company is a professional outdor furniture manufacturer and supplier in China, with our own factory and designer team. We have grown into an enterprise integrating R&D, design, production, sales and after-sales service.
Our product range includes chairs, bar stools, sofas, table tops, table bases, loungers, etc. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, residential and commercial use. About Our Factory
Our factory covers an area of 50,000 square meters. In addition, we have built four efficient production lines, and have introduced advanced production equipment, such as automatic pipe bending machines.
To continuously improve our wood grain and bamboo grain craftmanship, we have built automatic coating line in our powder coating workshop. Furthermore, we have introduced high velocity recycle machine. Our spray guns are from the Swiss brand Gema. Our powder coating equipment is among the industry leaders. Using advanced hardware equipment ensures that our coating process remains at the forefront of the industry.
As we all know, outdoor furniture manufacturing requires a sufficient workforce to complete the weaving and assembly work that machines cannot accomplish. Having a large pool of skilled workers is our major advantage. In contrast, some small factories mostly employ temporary workers. We have enough orders to keep our workers working all the year around. During peak season, we have nearly 200 workers. we could produce more than 300 HQ containers' goods per year.
